• 2014 completions are due 30 April 2015
• All completions data must be verified by 15 May 2015

• Units of study remitted or deleted
Two main components:
• Key elements - uniquely identify a completions record
• Unit of study completion status- attaches a status to a record

Who do you include?:• all domestic and overseas students who
have completed a course of study leading to your award.
• Combined degree = 1 completion
Higher education course completions
Who do you include?:All eligible students who:
• have been reported in one or more units of study and
• have completed an approved VET course in the reporting year.

• Variation reason code
- tells HEIMS what to do with a record
