1. OVERALL GOAL AND EXPLANATION OF PROJECT

Unlike Nayah last projects, she wants to have a product to represent how much the students grasped from those workshops. The best way to do is through a contest. Students will have the opportunity to learn about 9/11 through activities that will promote leadership and the unity of cultures. After a one and a half hour presentation in workshop format , students will be able to take part in two contest: The Power of Words contest and The Power of a Video Contest.

2. PURPOSE AND CONCLUSION

Malaysia is such a beautiful country and was one of the countries affected by 9/11. To give back to that strong memory, we want to show the beauty of Malaysia through several means and way.

Students need to forget 9/11 because of the age they were when the event happened. Instead of showing the brighter side of the event , media and schools remind students the dark expects that can be both scary and unfair. Nayah is going to do her part to change this year worldwide and Malaysia is where she is going to do her part.

3. DURATIONThe workshops individually will take one a nd a half hour. The schools can choose when they want to have their individual workshop between the dates of 12 September to 20th September 2013.
