RECOMMENDATIONS

1. On Registration:

1.1 In addition to the Online Registration, respective

embassies will

be requested to submit the list of delegation

through the Diplomatic Channel; and

1.2 ARF Members to immediately identify their focal

point for registration as well as the

RECOMMENDATIONS

2. On Accommodation:

2.1 To provide additional facilities at UUM such as

facility to buy local prepaid numbers, food

stalls and mobile toilets etc.; and

2.2 To designate smoking zone area in the campus.

RECOMMENDATIONS

3. On Official Dinner:

3.1 To limit the number of invitees for the official

dinner; and

3.2 To review the venue to the official dinner; it could

be in UUM or it could be in Alor Setar.

4. On Proposed Venue(s):

4.1 To have bigger venue/premise for EOC; and

4.2 To have a designated storage area at the

evacuation centre.

RECOMMENDATIONS

5. On Media:

5.1 To Pre-arrange visit for Media to the Exercise

venues; and

5.2 To identify possible locations for media to take

photos during ARF DiREx 2015 (such as

during FTX).

6. On Medical Arrangement

6.1 To provide optional Health Insurance; and

6.2 To get confirmation from the Embassies on Medical Bill

settlement.

7. On Transportation:

6.1 To review the transportation arrangement from

the accommodation venues to the

exercise venues;

6.2 Buses to and from designated hotels; Or

dedicated transport for each delegation to the

exercise venues; and

8. On Financing by Co-Chairs during FPC :

8.1 To provide airport transfer from Sultan Abdul

Halim Airport , Alor Setar to Grand Alora Hotel; and

8.2 To provide Meals during the official programme.

otherwise.

9. On Financing by Co-Chairs during ARF DiREx 2015 :

9.1 To provide airport transfer from Sultan Abdul

Halim Airport , Alor Setar, Kedah to the 10 designated

hotels and UUM;

9.2 To provide Meals during the official programme.

Dinner is not included unless specified

otherwise; and9.3 Participants staying at UUM will be provided with
