(e) Rgvttobog' N85trgpapgg. Appreciating the effective way in which tbe National Co-operative PublishingSociety, through its publications, has answered tbe Beavcrbrook and Rothermere anti~operative campaign, theRhyl Congress passed a resolution which welcomes the efforts of the N.C.P.S. to promote, in collaboration with itsshareholding societies, a financial and production development policy that will enable "Reynolds" to secure anenhtrged and increasing co-operative readership, and urges upon all sections of the Movement to take part in theirscheme, which will increase the CoBective Info Assurance Benefits to purchasing members of a further 6(8 in the g.It is essrmtial that further Revenue should be available in order to bring "Reynolds" more up-to-date in everyrespect, which, in the opinion of the N.C3'S. Ltd. , Directors, would increase the cjrcuhttion considerably, and bybringing it more into line with other newspapers would place it in a much better position to stultify the attacksagainst our Movement.
For and on behalf of the Directors,
JOHN E. HARRISON, Secrefgrp.
