SPARK

• Spark is a local Sunderland magazine which also has a radio show. Each edition changes to what is currently happening in Sunderland at the time so this edition is on Proms which are currently happening in Sunderland. This appeals to me as I want to do a magazine on events happening in Sunderland and have a range of content and not just focused one thing.

VIBE

• Vibe Magazine is published every season (Spring, Summer etc.) It has a slogan which is included on every cover and relatively in the same place ‘If its on its in!’ which I feel like is a good feature to have and I may chose to include this on my own magazine. It also has Sunderland on the front cover which clearly defines that it is from Sunderland which is good for tourists who are visiting.

OUT!

• OUT! Magazine is north east magazine which front covers doesn't’t stand as much as the others does but it does have a lot of consistency which I feel is important for a magazine to have and I will take this into consideration when making my own magazine.
