With an adjustable jib, standard for most models, you can reach any place safely and

without difficulties! Every machine can be operated easily from the platform and

will be delivered and collected at the site of your choice. Some machines can also

be used on rough terrain; the telescopic boom lift with crawlers will be the perfect solution in

this case. Furthermore, our fleet contains machines suitable for the petrochemical industry that

These machines are available in diesel and electric versions. The electric boom lifts

can be used inside halls, workshops or other covered places without the nuisance of

exhaust fumes. The articulated boom lift can be operated easily from the platform. With

a maximum working height of nearly 48 metres and an outreach of 23,55 metres, Peinemann

has a machine for any job.

DIESEL OR ELEKTRIC / HYBRID

The crawler spider lifts will be delivered on site and have the benefit of being easy to

move. As the machine folds down to a compact shape it can be used in many places

inside and outside. The trailer-mounted type can be transported when you have a BE

driving licence and the right towing vehicle. These machines enable you to reach a maximum

height of 29 metres. The articulated boom technology on both models provides you plenty of

flexibility for reaching the required places.

These electric driven work platforms are characterised by being extremely compact,

which makes them suitable for locations that are difficult to reach. The diesel versions

are suitable for work outdoors and bring you to a working height of nearly 34 metres.

The electric driven versions are highly suitable for use indoors. Many of the models have

extendable platforms that provide even more flexibility to reach the work place.

PEINEMANN - HIGH LEVEL SOLUTIONS

The compact size, flexibility and the working height of 100 metres make the truck mounted lift

an excellent alternative to a crane with a cradle. The smaller types can be driven and operate

by yourself, if you have a category B driving licence. These types are often used for activities

that require constant movement of the machine over a greater distance. With a working height of 26

metres, that should be no problem at all. These machines must be ordered in advance. Weekly and monthly rates and rates for plastic or steel dock boards are on request.

These machines are available in diesel, gas and electric versions. From the familiar forklift

trucks to powerful, diesel driven types for rough terrain, such as construction sites. Their

versatile application ensures that these machines provide solutions to all manner of issues.

Telehandlers are extremely mobile too. There even is a a fully rotating type. Another major benefit

is that these machines can reach great heights. With the special attachments, such as a jib or a

hoisting winch, they can be used for several purposes in many different construction projects.

EMPLOYEES WORKING WITH AERIAL WORKING PLATFORMS, FORKLIFT

TRUCKS AND TELEHANDLERS. THROUGH A VETTED COMBINATION OF

THEORY AND PRACTICE, THESE COURSES CREATE A BASIS BY WHICH THE

CHANCE OF ACCIDENTS IS CONSIDERABLY REDUCED.

These courses will lead to safer use, correct performance of daily checks and the correct

use of machines at work. The courses are recognised nationally, BMWT or Deltalinqs

certified and SCC recognised. The certificates that are obtained are valid for five years.

The following provisions are a summarised representation of some of the standard terms and conditions that govern hire. The wording ofthe full standard terms and conditions is decisive at alltimes. A copy of the full standard terms and conditionswill be provided free of charge and can be downloa-ded on our website. InsuranceThe materials you hire from Peinemann Hoog-werksystemen are standard insured for WAM risk (Civil Liability Insurance (Motor Vehicles) Act [WAM]). You will not be charged additional costs for this, apart from excess in the event of damage. The fire, theft and damage risk (casco) is insured by Peinemann Hoog-werksystemen and charged separately (8% over the net rate) to you, unless you, the hirer, stated explicitlyin writing that you did not to wish to use that insuran-ce. Damage as a result of intent, gross negligence or serious fault is excluded from the insurance. Further-more, the insurance is not valid if the hirer subleases, lends the hired object or gives it to a third party in any other way, unless Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen provided prior written permission. In the event of the above circumstances the insurer, or Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen, shall recover the damage from the hirer. Irrespective of the cause, any material damage or personal injury, and any resul-ting consequential damage that is suffered by the driver of the hired materials are also excluded from cover. If Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen’s fire, theft and damage insurance is not used, the hirer, unless agreed otherwise, shall submit proof of insurance be-fore the start of the hire agreement that demonstrates that any damage to materials hired from Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen is insured under conditions that suit Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen. In the event of damage you are also liable for excess.A statement of the applicable risks can be requestedfrom Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen at all times. Currently, the following excess applies for PeinemannHoogwerksystemen:€ 2,500 W.A.M;€ 2,500 CASCO (excluding fire/theft);€ 5,000 Fire/theft.

The load that is hoisted is never insured. You, the hirer, must provide for this at all times.

As hirer you are obliged to take care of the hiredmaterial, whilst you take every possible preventivemeasure to prevent damage, abuse by third parties, such as joyriding, vandalism and theft. As hirer you undertake to have the material used solely by people who are sufficiently competent. In the event of impro-per and/or inexpert use of the materials you hired, insurance companies may decide not to pay out the damages, which means that you still have to pay the damage you caused. It is for you to assess whether the hired materials can be used on the site where you have to carry out your activities. The hirer is respon-sible for parking or bringing machines to a standstill and to take account of local and other traffic rules be-fore, during and after the work. The insurance exclu-des avoidable damage to road surfacing, pavements, lawns, roofs, facades, etc. In the event of damage or impending damage you have to limit this as much as possible. You must also report any damage immedia-tely by telephone and in writing to Peinemann Hoog-werksystemen within 2 working days.

In the event of loss or vandalism you have to report this to the police and present the original copy of the report to Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen. Damage suffered by Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen due to non-compliance with the aforementioned obligations is at the hirer’s expense.

MaterialThe material is not suitable for jet and spray work and for work that produces sparks. Cleaning and or/repair costs due to inexpert use are at the hirer’s expense. In cases where the hired material is exposed to sub-stances or conditions that pose risks to humans and the environment, such as but not limited to nuclear radiation and asbestos, the hirer must submit a clean statement or similar statement from a competent and independent body that demonstrates that the hired material is completely free from harmful substances. Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen determines which independent body is used and which requirements are imposed on the examination that is carried out. Until Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen has obtained the clean statement produced in this manner, the hire continues at the expense of the hirer and the hired unit cannot be disposed of.

OrdersOrders must be confirmed at least 1 day in advance, verbally and by e-mail or fax, to the Order Intake De-partment of Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen, whilst stating our reference in connection with any project discount.

Sign outThe material must be signed out verbally and by e-mail or fax to the Order Intake Department of Pei-nemann Hoogwerksystemen. The sign-out date is the end date of the hire period. Holiday periods and national holidaysDuring holiday periods and national holidays that are not working days, Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen may decide not to charge hire costs, provided such a hire stop was requested 5 working days in advance by e-mail or fax to the Order Intake Department of Peinemann Hoogwerksystemen. For the summer ho-lidays, a hire stop of maximum three weeks can be granted and for the Christmas break a maximum hire stop of 2 weeks. We cannot grant a hire stop on mate-rial that we had to hire.

For 24/7 shifts, weekend work and Sundays and national holidays we charge special rates. All quoted rates are exclusive of fuel, operation, VAT and remain valid un-til 31 December 2018.

Terms of paymentStandard within 30 days of the invoice date without any offset for whichever reason. All previous hire le-aflets and rates in the proposals cease to be valid as of 1 January 2018. Listed specifications are subject to alterations and depend on make and type. Subject to typing and printing errors.
