The fee to rent the Courtyard restricts guests to the Courtyard area only. However, access to restrooms, kitchen sink and refrigerator is available.

The fee to rent the Board Room restricts guests to the Board Room area only. However, access to restrooms, kitchen sink and refrigerator is available. There are electrical outlets available to set up a projector for presentations.

The fee to rent Pracht Alley restricts guests to the Pracht Alley area only. However, access to restrooms, kitchen sink and refrigerator is available. *Pracht Alley serves as the designated smoking area for all venue rentals.



Rental Policies & Restrictions

-  The renter is responsible for proper care and maintenance of the designated facility. If any damage is done to property, renter will lose damage fee and be held responsible for covering the remaining balance. The Bleckley Inn reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damage to property that is not otherwise covered.

- The renter cannot decorate using a thumb tack, nail, staple, push pin or similar objects that could cause damage.

- The renter has access to the tables and chairs listed on page 3. However, if additional equipment is needed, the renter is responsible for renting that equipment from an alternate source.

- The renter must coordinate with The Bleckley Inn when the rental agency is scheduled to pick up equipment. The Bleckley Inn requires items to be claimed by the next business day. However, if there is an event scheduled for the following day, all rented equipment must be moved to a designated area.

- The caterer, bartender and entertainment are responsible for cleaning their work spaces and removing all of their items from premises within the scheduled time frame for the event.

- Rental rates are for a 10-hour time frame which includes set-up and tear-down by event organizers that the renter designates. Coordinate with the staff of The Bleckley Inn to manage time appropriately. An overtime fee will be charged for every additional hour exceeding the 10-hour time frame.



Rental Policies & Restrictions

-  No animals are permitted inside. No smoking inside; however, there is a designated smoking area in Pracht Alley.

-  No birdseed, rice, confetti, glitter, nor any other similar item can be thrown inside or outside the property. Sparklers are not allowed. You may use bubbles or any other item that does not leave a debris.

- Reservations are considered final once an applicant of 21 years or older has indicated time, date and venue, signed agreement, and paid deposits.

- Half of the fee payment is due upon signing the agreement. The agreement is signed once the date is selected. Final payment is due at least 7 business days prior to the event.

- If alcohol is served, security is required for all functions during evening hours. The renter is responsible for arranging security. A liquor license is required for selling alcohol.

- The Bleckley Inn requires a 30-day written notice of cancellation. Initial payment by the renter is non-refundable unless the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of signing the contract. If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of signing the contract, then The Bleckley Inn is entitled to keep $100.00 of initial payment and will return the remaining balance to the renter.

- The Bleckley Inn reserves the right to refuse rental of its spaces.
