RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

This renewal of Contract of Lease entered into by and between:

, of legal age, married to ____, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at _______________________________________, Digos City, Davao del Sur Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

-AND-

_____________________, Filipino, of legal age, married and with residence and postal address at Digos City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

RECITALS:

WHEREAS

1. The LESSOR and the LESSEE were parties and signatories to the Contract of Lease executed on June 27, 2014 whereby the Leased Property belonging to the LESSOR was leased by the LESSEE for the period July 1, 2015 to June 31, 2015, hereunto attached as ANNEX “A” and made integral part of this Renewal of Lease;

2. WHEREAS, the LESSEE offers to renew the said Contract of Lease and the LESSOR accepts the offer under the same terms and conditions of the original contract of Lease.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the parties hereby agrees as follows:

1. EFFECTIVITY. This renewal of Contract of Lease shall be for the period of six (6) months from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.

2. RENTAL RATE. The monthly rental shall be in PESOS: SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P7,500.00). It is understood that all applicable taxes shall be borne by the LESSOR;

3. The TERMS and CONDITIONS stipulated in the original Contract of Lease dated June 27, 2014, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Renewal of Contract of Lease shall remain in full force and effect;
