Remote monitoring of heatmetersHigh quality remote reading system

IMR System developed by AIUT has been produced for many years and is dedicated for remote readout of water and heat meters. Its main advanatges are easy installation and ease of operation.

Our solutions guarantee heat distributors the following:• Improvement of the quality of customer service• The possibility of automatic billing of private and commercial consumers based on real consumption• Heat metering system of the highest quality, with daily consumption readout transmission• Easy installation on various types of meters, including Kamstrup, Siemens, Landis&Gyr, Itron, Apator etc.

AIUT’s remote heat consumption metering system ensures data flow between water and heat meters, and the management software. The system consists of on-site devices, such as battery-powered or mains-powered OKO 5513 and one or more communication modules, such as AKAM, ALAND, APAT, AKFAP, ACTAR etc. communicating with telemetric IMR system. The meter data is transferred via wireless protocols (IMS 433), or wire transmission (IMR BUS, MBUS) to OKO data logger, which then transmits it via GSM to the server. The server can make the data available to other systems or management applications, such as BILING, SCADA, GIS, ERP (with dedicated interfaces).

Radio modules for heatmeters

Readout data

Telemetric device, collecting data from radio communication modules and transmitting it via GSM to telemetric server.• Hourly readouts and diagnostic data, transmitted with variable frequency, depending on individual needs (typically once per day), presented on a web portal• Readout from 6 heatmeters and one watermeter in a single heat hub• Ability to detect anomalies in the operation of heat distributing network• Battery-powered (operation time up to 5 years) or mains power supply (230V)•Possibility of additional metering any water meter equipped with pulse transmitter (reed)• Optional IMR BUS cable transmission• Optical diagnostics port: OPTO Port

• Data transmission from most of the available heatmeters• Data parameter readout: energy consumption, cumulative volume, current flow in and flow out temperatures, current flow, current power, work time, work time with error, heatmeter error codes, serial number etc.• Radio transmission (ISM 433MHz) or cable• Battery-powered (operating time up to 5 years) or direct cable connection• No need to configure on-site• Very easy installation

The readout data from the heatmeters is transmitted via radio modules and OKO to IMR Server data base, which manages the acquisition process, readout and diagnostic data storage, visualizing data online and generating reports. The data is accessible through a web application, dedicated reports, or individual man-agement systems.
