Converts the parallel inputs into serial output
It encodes the 12 bit parallel data into serial for transmission
The 212 encoders are a series of CMOS LSIs for remote control
system applications.
Each address/data input can be set to one of the two logic
states.

The 555 timer is an integrated circuit which used to
provide time delays, pulse generation, and oscillator
applications
At Astable Multivibrator mode the 555 timer produces
continuous square wave

Relay is an electromagnetic device
It used to interface an electronic circuit which works at
very high voltage
Current flowing through the coil of the relay creates a
magnetic field which attracts a lever and changes the
switch contacts

At first you have to set Data, then press TE pin which is
grounded by a switch.
Now we know when TE pin is low the address and data are
transmitted serially through output pin
After that 8bit address and 4bit date are transmit with
38KHz carrier signal Through IR LED.

If we set the Data as 1011 (sw2 on) Then corresponding Lamp will
be ON
Data receiver will demodulate the carrier and gives this address &
data to IC HT12D
Decoder decode the data and sent data to relay driver
