New School Uniform School Council has approved the transition to a new school uniform from the start of 2016. The new uniform consists of navy blue and gold shirts matched with navy blue shorts, skorts and track pants. There will also be a matching navy blue and gold half zip top and hat. Shoes will be black lace up or sandals. All items of uniform will be sold through the local retailer Casual Step in Nathalia. Every effort has been made to keep the cost of the new uniform affordable to families and we appreciate the cooperation of Casual Step in this regard. There will of course be a transition period in 2016 between the old uniform and the new. The new uniform will be available for purchase before the end of the school year ready for the start of 2016. School Council is in the process of revising the existing School Uniform Policy and this will be distributed to families after the next meeting of Council. Details regarding prices and lay-by options will also be forthcoming. It is important to note that the wearing of school uniform will be compulsory and the uniform will only be available for sale through Casual Step. Variations on the uniform such as different shorts or trousers will not acceptable. The new uniform looks really smart and it marks an exciting time for our school.
