Reminder Our winter season runs from October 15th to April 14th. Customers have until May 31st as a grace period to launch. After that date, dry summer rental charges start at $4 per ft. per week until the date you are launched. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note: all balances and accounts should be paid in full when your boat is hauled. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month on all unpaid balances. Before launching, the area around your boat must be clean or a charge will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO BOATS ARE TO BE LEFT PLUGGED IN WHILE UNATTENDED. Extensive use of electricity is extra. NO ELECTRIC HEATERS ALLOWED.

DIRECTIONS From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 123 (Rt. 9 South). Continue on Rt. 9 until Ernston Road exit/all turns. Take the exit and bear left. At the light make a left on Ernston Road. Follow for two miles. Make a right into Harbor Club condos. This is Gondek Drive. Follow the road for one mile, bearing right until the end. Turn right for the Office/Ship’s Store. From the South: Take the Garden State Parkway North to exit 120. At the end of the exit make a left onto Lawrence Harbor Parkway. Follow road for two miles, taking jug handle to Rt. 35 North. After crossing a drawbridge look for the second traffic light. Take jug handle to Rt. 35 South. Mast Charges: Includes unstep, store, and restep. Booms should be removed. Re-rigging upon request. Mast with extensive wiring (radar, multi-antennas, lights, electronics, etc.) will be charged on an hourly labor rate plus materials. Additional charges will be incurred on any mast that is in poor condition. Mast Length Up to 32 ft. $12/ft.

Sanitation systems must be pumped and cleaned. All access to engine compartments must be open and clean. Failure to satisfy these conditions will hold up servicing, and result in cleaning and additional service charges, some to be billed at the hourly rate.
