This apartment is in a residential building, no parties

are allowed and silence policy during quiet hours

(10 pm - 8:00 am),

Car-restricted Area . The apartment is in the historic city

center in a street restricted to cars. Cars can go up to

the beginning of the street, from there you have to go

walking with your luggage(just 30 mts). Taxis can stop

at the building door.

The Alfama neighbourhood has many cobbled stone

streets, stairs, hills, so not easy for people with mobility

issues.

We are owners and created Lisbon's Heart and

Soul to share with you our passion for one of the

most charming cities of Europe.

But we want you to feel the city in a different

perspective, the same as we have: like a local.

To make your experience easier and more authentic our apartments are all strategically located in the HEART of the historic areas (Alfama,Se/Castle and

Baixa/Chiado ). That means you can just walk to the most interesting spots of the

city.

We are not a booking agency. All apartments are either owned by us or 100%

managed and controlled by us. This way, you know you are talking directly with the

people who decide all aspects of your stay and of the apartments and believe , we will do everything we can ,to make you feel at home and feel the SOUL of the city.
