What Happens when you put in a service ticket? Answer: your website support manager as well as the Chief Technology Offi-cer receive an email notification. The ticket gets a number and time stamp. All correspondence and communication for the Service Ticket is relayed back to the agent who placed the ticket. Once a resolution is provided or explana-tion given the ticket is closed. All tickets can be reopened by the agent if they feel the resolution was not completed. Allow for 8 business hours from when the ticket was placed for a reply.
