“It's our pleasure to invite you to very first national conference of MC Team 14-15 of AIESEC in Latvia. As MC Brave, we are very exicted to meet with our LCs and deliver you an amazing conference. Throughtout the summer, as MC and LCs, we defined our strategies and created our plans for 14-15 term. Reload has a very important role to transform this plans into action and prepare ourselves for upcoming recruitment and our exchange activities. The conference is aiming to understand and develop our role as EBs and members, improve our leadership skills to provide our new members & EPs with quality and purposeful experience in our LCs. AIESEC in Latvia has been represented on AIESEC International Conference 2014, Taiwan, by MC Brave and you will get know outputs of the conference and our roles as #gen2015 in our entity as well as global network also in Reload. MC Brave have been working really hard to create content and logistics of this conference to give you an unforgetable conference experience. Reload Conference is a Latvian National Conference which main purpose is to motivate and empower membership, both experienced and new members in order to achieve greater performance during the fourthcoming period. The conference will provide two different tracks, one for local executive boards (EB leadership track), and another for members and exchange participants (team member track). During the first conference day, all delegates are going to attend the common training program about organizational value proposition and new global information system. The second conference day will include two different tracks, and it is more about each member’s role in the local entity and organization, with purpose to provide specific functional knowledge but also required skills in certain area.
