LIS training courses should also include a few lectures on interpersonal skills,

orientation, leadership, ethics, motivation, etc.

Annual training schedule should be prepared and uploaded on  DRDO website to

enable better planning and participation by the participants

At INMAS, on the last day of all courses, a small quiz is  conducted to test the

alertness of the participants  during the lectures during training course/workshop.

The top three scorers were awarded. This can be practiced at other places also

The institute & library authorities need to provide necessary  motivation to the

employee who upgrades their professional skills by undergoing training

Analysis of training needs for every employee should be conducted every year

This will help in planning future training programme

Number of practical/hands-on hours should be  increased by augmenting

ICT infrastructure
