Known Issues

MHT-based scorecards do not open in Mozilla Firefox. When users click an MHT-based scorecard to open it in Mozilla Firefox, users are prompted to save or open the MHT file with information relating to the Scorecard. Solution: To allow users to view an MHT-based scorecard, users must install the UnMHT addon in Firefox. This can be downloaded from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/unmht/> Note: The UnMHT addon does not fully support MHT-based scorecards, therefore users may notice some issues with formatting and some embedded images may not be present.

"Error: Specified map <map name> cannot be exported because it does not exist." When exporting a scope of diagrams to XML using an existing CSF file from a previous version, you may receive the above error. This is due to the new folder virtualization that's been implemented in Nimbus Control v9. Solution: To rectify this you must edit your old CSF files. Instructions on how to create and structure CSF files can be found in the Administration Guide (under Administration/Importing and Exporting/Exporting Diagrams to XML).

Intermittent failure of web page requests due to exception class 'EScriptError' and error type 'is null or not an object'. This is a known issue for TIBCO Nimbus with some versions of the Microsoft JScript engine and Windows Server 2008 R2, although other versions of Windows Server may also be affected. Solution: To fix this problem on Windows Server 2008 R2 you can install Internet Explorer 9, then install the security update 'Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 9 in Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 (KB2618444)'. <http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28392>
