Calendar Visibility – Administrators/Teachers

1. Click on the calendar icon in any calendar viewto open the calendar sharing window

Administrators can switch between Teachers and Students

3. Click on the name of a Teacher or Studentto view their calendar

2. Search by name or filter based on class and grade

Diary signatory for Teachers and Parents

Administrators and Teachers now have shared access to all student calendars. In addition, Administrators also have shared access to Teacher calendars.

Administrators now have the ability to run detailed usage analytics from within the administrative platform reporting on three keyareas.

Out of Class Log – Limited Beta Trials

The Out of Class permission module has been developed to replicate the common function of a traditional hardcopy student planner. Availableon smartphones and tablet devices, the out of class log is designed for speed of entry and teacher approval. The Out of Class log is currentlybeing offered on a limited beta trial basis.
