Release note and guideline for:1. How to upgrade Firmware and ALG2. How to make ICR and IR light Auto switch together.3. How to show Zoom status on OSD in real time.4. How to setup camera to work with Zatpark
Release note and guideline for: Algorithm version:
ALG_V2.2.0_200518.zip
Firmware version:
DZP20200323130_tcm403_a_EN_STD_4.2.5_200519.zip
DZP20200323130_tcm203_a_EN_STD_4.2.5_200519.zip
Version_20200519:
Issue resolved
Fixed the issue of failed to upload Vehicle Type/Colour/brand name to HCP
Capture Parameter - Alarm Host config-Alarm server mode : Now "Zatpark" protocol has been corrected called as "Hikvision" protocol ( TCM ANPR camera actually only support Hikvision protocol now, but it`s still able to work with Zatpark platform )
Modification
Custom interface : Now Wiegand function is enable by default Custom interface : Now "Paxton Wiegand 26" is called as "Wiegand 26-bit SHA-1" in interface of web client Capture Parameter - Alarm Host config : Now "Alarm Host config" is called as "HTTP listening" in interface of web client
Version_20200414:
Add new function:
Capture Parameter - Alarm Host config:
Server address now support to input Domain name
Need to set up Device configuration-System Configuration- DNS Server in advanceNow support to upload Feature picture instead of full picture, which is helpful for lowering bandwidth consumption. (* Picture type need to be "All")
Support Wiegand 26bits (HID & Paxton )/ 34 bits:
The priority of Paxton wiegand 26 enable is higher than Wiegand Type
The default is using Paxton Wiegand 26
Function Optimization
When ICR has been set as auto switch mode, during the period of time 22:00~4:00, camera will only allow to switch from Day mode to Night mode. The period of timeout has been extended to avoid the upgrade failed caused by interruption of network connection, especially with 3G/4G network.
Algorithm Optimization
Ireland license plate
Resolved the issue will read the plate start with 3 numbers like 131 as 13L.
Issue resolved
TCM + HIK NVR/DVR for barrier control
HIK NVR/DVR is not following our SDK protocol correctly, they are using normal alarm out SDK instead of barrier control SDK to ask camera to open barrier.TCM now support both API to compatible with HIK NVR/DVR for barrier control.
Version_191224:
Add new function:
Capture Parameter - Alarm Host config: Now support to switch alarm server mode (Zatpark/NASBox), default is set as Zatpark
Support Wiegand 26bits (HID & Paxton )/ 34 bits:
The priority of Paxton wiegand 26 enable is higher than Wiegand Type
The default is using Paxton Wiegand 26
NASBox
Add new info send to NASbox: millisecond/Vehicle track coordinate/Gain/Exposure/License plate height/ICRStatusAdd Motorcycle captured function back which is removed on version 20190909
Zatpark
Resolved issue:
Randomly occurred: The missed captured of small pictureRandomly occurred: Camera time change to 07/02/2036 when rebooting
Remove SD card ANR function temporarily in this version, which causes the issue failed to upload to Zatpark
Default parameter change:
Enable by default: Custom interface > DZ_ICR & LENS_RATIO
Image Parameter-ICR > Auto switch (Threshold:50)
Capture Parameter-Flash light Parameters
Duty Ratio:35Enable Control constant light by Brightness (Threshold:50)
Configuration > Device Configuration > Image Parameters > Video
Shutter speed: 2000Gain:35Iris:Auto
Configuration > Device Configuration > Image Parameters > Picture.
Enable License Plate Enhancement. (Level:100)Configuration > Device Configuration > Application Mode.
Default as License Plate Recognition System.Enable Capture Plate Absence Vehicle
Version_190712:
Add new function:
1. Able to show Zoom status on OSD in real time now.
The coefficient of zoom status is between 1~2.87 for Model with vari-focus lens of 5.3~13mm ; 1~2.39 for Model with vari-focus lens of 8~32mm. It means that the lens is fully zoom out when the coefficient is 1.
Version_190612
Add new function:
1. Able to make ICR and IR light auto switch in the same time now.
Noticed the function will make the switch threshold be determined only by Flash light parameter.
1. How to upgrade Firmware and ALG
a) Decompress the ALG package
b) Import alg.img file , No restart is required.
c) Decompress the firmware package
d) Upgrade the firmware file
e) Choose to Reboot the device
f) Check the version and status
g) Soft Reset the device ( Notice that all the port will be reset to default. For ex. HTTP Port will be reset to 80 )
2. How to make ICR and IR light Auto switchtogether.
a) Device Configuration – Custom Interface –Set the parameter of DZ_ICR(0/1) to 1
(Now the threshold will be determined only by Flash light parameter.)
b) Device Configuration – Image Parameters – ICR – Switch ICR Mode to Auto-switch (Threshold will be ineffective when DZ_ICR (0/1) is set to 1, so it can be ignored in this condition. )
c) Device Configuration- Capture Parameters- Flash Light Parameters – tick the box “Control Constant Light by Brightness” - Adjust the Brightness threshold to 50.
3. How to show Zoom status on OSD in real time.
a) Modify the parameter of Custom Interface – LENS_RATIO(0/1*)* to 1 to enable showing Zoom status on OSD in real time.
b) Click Save.
c) Click Text Overlay, and enable Display Item6 (Only Display item6 is able to show zoom status).
d) Input the content as the format: “Text content”: (Punctuation “:” is the key for showing Zoom Status)
e) You can use the mouse to click and drag the text frame (with red border) in the live view window to adjust the OSD position.
f) Click Save.
g) The coefficient of zoom status is between 1~2.87 for Model with vari-focus lens of 5.3~13mm ; 1~2.39 for Model with vari-focus lens of 8~32mm. It means that the lens is fully zoom out when the coefficient is 1.
4. How to setup camera to work with Zatpark
1. Go to Configuration > Device Configuration > Application Mode.
2. Select Application Mode as Smart Mode.
3. Select Total Lanes. Up to 3 lanes are supported.
4. Select Capture Type. All and Motor Vehicle are selectable.
All: capture and recognize pedestrian, non-motor vehicle and motor vehicle.Motor Vehicle: capture and recognize motor vehicle.e) Click the tick box for Enable Real-time LPR Result
5. Draw LPR area.
The line should be drawn along the edge of the actual road or the actual direction of the vehicle. The length of the line should not be too long, so that the capture point will be located in where you want.
6. Save the drawing.
g) Click on the Captured parameter - Alarm Host Config
h) Tick the Enable box
i) Add in the server address provided by ZatPark
j) Add the port number provided by ZatPark
k) Add in the Absolute Path provided by ZatPark
l) Click Save
