CMS Online Compliance Module

Existing and new government regulations are making it increasingly challenging for you and other operators and contractors to track mandates, workforce compliance requirements, and employee training. The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement’s (BSEE) Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) standards have existed for years, but the government is just now codifying and enforcing them. Being able to easily provide your company’s compliance status when inspectors arrive unannounced can prevent headaches and costly fines.

IHRDC can help you streamline compliance management with our Compliance Module, a part of CMS Online. This tool identifies the regulations you must meet, the mandated training for each one, and where each employee stands in their compliance to keep you up-to-date.
