1. Entering the building site is dangerous and only permitted in compliance with these regulations for building site visitors. Trespassing on the building site is strictly prohibited. 2. The building site may only be entered after prior notification and with the consent of Raiffeisen WohnBau, and when accompanied by an employee of Raiffeisen WohnBau. 3. The following safety instructions are to be observed for your safety and your protection on the building site, as well as for avoiding damages (also of third parties): a) The building site may only be accessed when wearing sturdy shoes. b) Protective helmets must be worn during the whole stay on the building site. Helmets will be issued by the site supervisor. c) The following actions are, without exception, strictly prohibited: leaning against parts of the building or other objects on the building site leaning on or over safety elements the use of the lifts, including passenger lifts standing under suspended loads touching cables, wires or the like There is a risk of injury! d) Any accident, injury or damage sustained at the building site must be immediately reported to the site supervisor e) The site supervisor, the foreman, the building inspector and the employees of Raiffeisen WohnBau are entitled to issue safety instructions to you on the building site. The project developer, the construction company and all other companies involved in the planning, construction and control of the construction project disclaim any and all liability for any damage sustained by you during your visit to the building site.
