The Board of Education of the Cloverleaf Local School District met for a Regular Meeting on June 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cloverleaf High School Library. Mr. Jeff Schreiber, Vice President, called the meeting to order. Upon roll call by Treasurer Pro-Tempore, Jane Rych, the following members responded:

NEW BU S INE S S Superintendent Kubilus gave an update on several items taking place over the summer:
Thirteen teachers that have been selected for the Teacher Academy, 33 teachers since the program started 3 years ago.
The process has started for hiring a new gifted teacher, second round interviews, teaching and Superintendent interview will be held starting the 28th.
Mrs. Lormeau has been busy planning for next year including orientation, PLC training and implementing the Collins Writing Approach.
The Middle School is focusing on scheduling for the new concept, 6th grade gifted math and moving classrooms.
The Treasurer’s Office has been training to transition to a new software system.
The Elementary School is welcoming Mr. Moody, transitioning teaching teams, scheduling, planning interventions for the 3rd grade reading guarantee, safety city, reassigning secretarial duties and reviewing building and bussing procedures.
