The first time you login to WebAssessor you will need to create an account.

1. Click on “Create a New Account by clicking here”

2. Fill out the Required Fields and Click “Save”

Already have an Account on WebAssessor

If you have already registered, log In with the Username and Password that you created.

Exam Registration

1. Click on “Register for an Exam”

2. Click on the “+” , if needed, to expand the Pulse Secure Certified Technical Expert options. The list may already be expanded. You will see that there are two exams for each subject (PPS, vADC and PCS).

You can see that the exams are as follows:

• Pulse Policy Secure (PPS) Certified Technical Expert (1st, 2nd, 3rd attempts) • Pulse Policy Secure (PPS) Certified Technical Expert (4th attempt plus) • vADC Certified Technical Expert (1st, 2nd, 3rd attempts) • vADC Technical Expert (4th attempt plus) • Pulse Connect Secure (PCS) Certified Technical Expert (1st, 2nd, 3rd attempts) • Pulse Connect Secure (PCS) Certified Technical Expert (4th attempt plus)

You will need to register for the correct exam based on how many attempts have been made to date. This is important to follow because the exams are set up to provide a retake voucher at no cost if you do not meet the minimum score needed to pass the exam.

The Pulse Secure Retake Voucher Policy is as follows:

• Pulse Secure will provide a retake voucher, at no additional cost, if you do not achieve the minimum score required to pass the exam on your first and second attempts. If you receive a retake voucher code it is valid for 90 days from the date of the exam. The retake voucher can only be used on the same exam that was not passed.

• For example: • You register for the first attempt and do not pass, you will receive a retake voucher • You register for the second attempt and do not pass, you will receive a retake

voucher • You register for the third attempt and do not pass, you will not receive a retake

voucher

The next sections detail the Kryterion Testing Center and Online Proctored Exams registration processes. The process is the same for all exam categories.

Registering for Kryterion Testing Center Exam

You will choose a testing center. Thwhere you will go and have the exam proctored and utilize the equipment at the testing center.

1. Choose which exam you will be registering for. You will see the option for Kryterion Testing Center. Click “Buy Now” for this delivery type.

2. You will now Select the Testing Center. You will need to choose from the options available to narrow down the list of testing centers displayed, then click “Find”.

3. From the list proviced from your search results Step 1: Review the information for each available center. If needed, confirm the location and

review the Important Location Information. Step 2: Click the box next to the Testing Location Name you have selected Step 3: Click “Select”

4. Next, you will choose the date and time for your exam. Step 1: Confirm Location Step 2: Select Date Step 3: Select Time Step 4: Acknowledge that you have read the Agreement text box Step 5: Click “Select”

5. If using a Voucher Code for payment you will now confirm the details for your exam, apply your voucher code and check out. Step 1: Confirm the details for your exam (exam name, date, time, location, price) Step 2: Add the Voucher Code provided to you Step 3: Click “Apply” Step 4: Click “Check Out” to complete the registration process

6. If paying using a credit card you will now enter in the necessary details and Click “Submit”.

7. A Purchase Confirmation page will appear. A copy of the confirmation will be emailed to you or you can print the page for your records.

Registering for an Online Proctored Exam

You will take the exam in your own space (work, home etc). To ensure you are able to launch the exam, please be sure that your computer meets the hardware and software requirements below:

1. Choose which exam you will be registering for. You will see the option for Online Procotored. Click “Buy Now” for this delivery type.

2. Next, you will choose the date and time for your exam. Step 1: Choose a Time Zone to view available Start Times Step 2: Choose Date Step 3: Choose Start Time Step 4: Acknowledge that you have read the Agreement text box

Step 5: Click “Select”

3. If using a Voucher Code for payment you will now confirm the details for your exam, apply your voucher code and check out.

4. If paying using a credit card you will now enter in the necessary details and Click “Submit”.
