Dates of Registration
Registration will open for everyone February 19th at 3:30 PM
Registration will close February 22nd at 11:59 PM.
4 Year Plan
Just a reminder…
Each of you will be working on your 4 year plan February 11th – 15th with your Homeroom Teacher
Take time to look through the course guide Course Description Book
Available on the website: Academics/Curriculum/Course Descriptions
Make sure you have all requirements met or lined up for the future
Talk to your teachers if you have questions about specific courses or recommendations
You received an email on February 1st with these recommendations
Talk to your parents/guardians about your choices and plans

The recommendations are the courses you should take next year.
You may decide with your parents to go from an Honors class to a B class
You may not register for an Honors class if you have been recommended for a B class.
Teacher recommendations were emailed to you on February 1st

Additional credits need approval from Admin

Alternate Choices of Electives
You need to select alternate choices for electives.
If your first choice cannot be scheduled, you will be scheduled in your alternate choice.
Be sure to sign up for classes you want to take because you may receive the alternate choice.
The alternate choice should not be the same as your first choice.
If a class does not have enough students registered, the class may not run. In this case the students will receive an alternate.
Alternate choices are very important.
Also, if a class is oversubscribed, Seniors will get priority, then Juniors, then Sophomores
How to Register
Log in to PowerSchool
Click “Class Registration” on the left-hand side
Click the Pencil for each subject section A RED exclamation point shows a required subject
A GREEN check mark shows subjects that are not necessarily required but will fulfill elective or other categories
On the pop up menu, choose the course(s) you want to request
Some courses have Teacher Recommendations, they will appear on the right side
How to Register -Continued
Once you have selected the proper number of courses for a subject, press Okay
Once you have visited all subjects, your course page will look something like this…
REMEMBER TO PRESS SUBMIT WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED
Check Credits
Check the bottom right hand section of the screen to find the total number of credits you have selected
If the total number is over the recommended amount, please check your courses.
If you have checked and do not believe there are any mistakes, please see Mrs. Sumpter or Mrs. Wunderlich
Schedule & Drop/Add
Timeline: Early June – Receive 1st Semester Schedule by email
All call will go out to remind you to check your email
Mid June – 2 week period to meet with Mrs. Wunderlich to make any changes
After those 2 weeks, your schedule for 1st semester CANNOT be changed
November 1 – Deadline to make changes to 2nd

* Previously offered to only jrs and srs, this course is opening up to all levels and is being offered during the summer as well as during the fall semester. 0.5 credit
* It focuses on the Engineering Design Process, and involves creating projects in small groups. It also includes a 3D Printing component, introducing SketchUp software to customize your own nametag and cell phone stand.
