Cancellation PolicyShould minimum enrollment not be met, class will be cancelled, participants will be notified and refunds will be sent. If you withdraw from a class prior to the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee. After the first session, 50% of the course fee is refundable. After the second session, no refunds will be given. Material fees are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather PolicyIf inclement weather occurs, WCA may cancel classes. Tune into KWWL or Facebook for up-to-date cancellation information. Please note that whenever Waterloo Community Schools are cancelled for weather, the Phelps Youth Pavilion and WCA youth classes/programs will be cancelled.

Trick, Treat, and Museum Minion Madness Celebrate Halloween Phelps Youth Pavilion style by searching for museum minions!
