Prince George’s County’s “Small Steps, Big Differences” Special Needs Identification Physician Support Program presents: Changing Minds Community Conference is a one-day educational event that will engage health care providers, families, child care professionals, early childhood mental health providers, and educators. The goal of this conference is to raise awareness about early childhood mental health among a variety of community stakeholders. We will explore this issue as a community through educational presentations and personal testimonies. FREE CME/CEU 4.25 Credits: Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN) designates this educa- tional activity for a maximum of 4.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Each attendee seeking credit must sign in and out and complete an evaluation form to receive credit. Physicians: This activity has been planned and imple- mented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Educa- tion (AACME) through the joint sponsor- ship of The One World Center for Autism Inc., Prince George’s County Infants and Toddlers Program, and Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. Changing Minds Community Conference is a one-day educational event that will engage health care providers, families,

child care professionals, early childhood mental health providers, and educators.
