Dear Delegates,
Stem cell are basic cells of all multicellular
organisms having the potency to differentiate into wide range of adult cells. Self
renewal and totipotency are characteristic of stem cells. Though totipotency is
shown by very early embryonic stem cells, the adult stem cells possess
multipotency and differential plasticity which can be exploited for future
generation of therapeutic options.

RAIPURFounded by the kalchury king Ram Chandra of Raipur in the last
thquarter of the 14 Century AD, Raipur is now the capital of Chhattisgarh. It
is the biggest city of the Region and a fast developing important industrial
centre. There are different places to visit in Raipur. In the holy genre, a
couple of famous names are Jagannath Temple, Vallabhacharya Temple,
Mandeval Temple Arang and ISKCON Temple. For a dose of serenity, head
to Vivekanand Sarovar, Urja Park and Nandanvan Gardan. Other spots
such as Shadani Darbar, Rajeev Smriti Van, Nagar Ghadi, and Gandhi
Udyaan also make for fine places to visit in Raipur.
