%& These regulations may be cited as the Registration Duty (Amendment ofSchedule) Regulations 2013.

'& n these regulations !

"Act" means the Registration Duty Act.

(& The #irst Schedule to the Act is amended$ in %art & !

(a) by re'ealing %art A and %art and re'lacing them by Sub'art A and

Sub'art $ res'ecti*ely$ set out in the Schedule to these regulations+

(b) by deleting the ,ords -)ART * and re'lacing them by the ,ords-SU*+)ART *+

(c) in Sub'art /$ as restyled$ by deleting the ,ords -%art A andre'lacing them by the ,ords -Sub'art A+
