• Check the Graduation Requirements box in the bottom left corner of your transcript.
• Review the courses still required for graduation (courses in which you are currently enrolled are still listed in the needed column.) When you pass those courses in May, they will be transferred to the completed column.

Folsom High School’s vision is to encourage a “Well- Balanced” Student that allows for academic challenges,
extracurricular activities, adequate sleep, personal down time, and family time. The Time Budget Planner was
created to serve as a tool to open up proactive conversations between parents, students, and counselors about a
student’s weekly time commitments when planning their future course load.
Well-Balanced Student- Challenge Success
Stanford University Is it possible to have balance in today’s face-paced culture? Yes, but not easy,
especially for our students.
Balance is not stagnate- it is ever changing depending on what is going on.
Extra Curricular- over 20+ through the week is not healthy for teens to balance studying, sleep, unstructured time, and play time.
Sleep- CRUCIAL, constant sleep pattern- not binge sleeping, 8-10 hours(no devices-use traditional alarm clocks) (monitor study time) recommended
Blue light/Screen Time that impacts the way students produce melatonin
PROTECT P.D.F. Playtime, Downtime, and Family Time
