Phase 2 Timeline Thursday, Aug. 7 – MDPS telecon, plan briefing and SOP/Standup talk

review Thursday, Aug. 7 thru Aug. 13 - HQ will offer to hold telecons for each

area (districts) separately Wednesday, Aug. 13 – Schedule follow up telecon with areas as

necessary Thursday, Aug. 14 – Area MDPS distribute SOP/Standup talk to the field

with instructions to managers Thursday, Aug. 14 – Training begins in the field for delivery units and

plants Monday, Aug 25 – Implementation begins. JFK converts registry

operations to First Class processing nationally Monday, September 1 – Follow-up telecons with areas as necessary Monday, September 8 – Submit survey to areas for completion
