MEPA ROLL-OUT OBJECTIVES Explain basic principles, processes and scope of MEPA

Technology cum New Proposed SIP Process & Tools and Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework vis-à-vis DepEd M&E and Strategic Planning System;

Discuss proper utilization of varied quantitative and qualitative M&E tools for effective MEPA implementation at all levels and units;

Formulate contextualized M&E Plan based on the Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) of schools, division and region as major focus of MEPA in capturing operational concerns; and

Develop deeper understanding on the essentials of MEPA technology in the implementation of AIP, related PPAs, full institutionalization of SBM in gearing up K to 12 – Senior High School, and as mechanism in the formulation of SDO Technical Assistance Plan to schools vis-à-vis accelerating access, quality and governance of basic education.

2. All schools have realigned their SIP with new template and established Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework vis-à-vis SMEPA.

3. SDO through District/SC to close the gaps in terms of addressing operational concerns of schools vis-à-vis implementation of PPAs of schools on access and quality.
