CONSERVATION
SMWSA GROUNDWATER WORKING GROUPPhase One:
•Received $104,500 from the Colorado Water Conservation Board to study the feasibility of a regional aquifer storage and recovery (ASR).
Phase Two:•Received $425,000 from the Colorado state revolving funds for the implementation of findings from feasibility study.•Goal to increase knowledge of the aquifer’s ability to accept ASR for the storage of future water supplies.
