History

Wanted to develop a work-site health program that mirrors the positive behaviors and habits we encourage through our mission, vision and values

Conducted research, focused discussion and idea generation -The In Motion Project was born

Unveiled to our staff at our all staff training at the beginning of the semester

Program launched on September 1, 2014

Not just about lifting weights or exercise

wanted to incorporate nutrition, activity of all types (live in motion), flexibility, and hydration

Toyed with several platforms to launch our program
