Made up of a mainbuilding and an outbuilding placed in Aosta, the school was born in 1878 asa teachers’ training institute for girls.

Today, after a period of socio-psycho-pedagogical and linguisticmaxiexperimentation, the training offer foresees three branches: scientific-technological, social and linguistic. The school is attended by 880 pupils.
