Import File “Scrubbing”

Select batch of imported records to be “scrubbed”

Check for students missing

from Level 0 / invalid student IDs Check for duplicate records

Fix Student ID,Add basic Demographics

When complete, the “scrubbing” continues:

Check for duplicate records

Duplicate records have the same key fields but different response strings

Resolution for a record with an exact duplicate takes place upon import

Display responses to help determine the correct record

When complete, the process continues:

Response records are created (records are “exploded”)

Scale Score conversion takes place Data is ready for reporting
