POTENTIAL
Mihai Eminescu Theatre is under worls of restoration within a project of BotosaniCity, funded through ROP 2007-2013. For the County History Museum, the CountyCouncil has taken steps to attract a source of financing for the rehabilitation andupgrading of the building;
Existence of cultural institutions - Theatre "Mihai Eminescu", Puppet Theatre"Vasilache" Philharmonics, "Rapsozii Botosani" and prestigious educationalinstitutions - National College "Mihai Eminescu" and "August Treboniu Laurian".Cultural institutions operating in Botosani, with ancient traditions in thecommunity, ensure permanent contact with the inhabitants of the highest forms ofart. While secondary level educational institutions, and not only them offer theyoung generation a good education and the opportunity to engage in variouscultural projects;
Notorious events ( " Eminescu Days ", " Iorga Days ", etc.). Personalities of nationalculture, Mihai Eminescu and Nicolae Iorga, are celebrated each year in events thatgather together people of culture and world-class researchers;

Rehabilitation of heritage buildings - Theatre "Mihai Eminescu" Botosani County
Museum. Some of the most iconic cultural institutions Botosani Theatre History
Museum, housed in heritage buildings that require extensive renovations and
restoration;
Local cultural coherent policy that applies to all stakeholders (institutions, NGOs,
etc.). Locally there is a real awareness of the importance of cultural industries in
economic development. Collaboration between local authorities and institutions,
cultural NGOs is poor, some of the events being conducted just to be scored some
goals, but no long-term strategic plan;

Operational Objective I
Highlighting heritage / cultural heritage of ethnic minorities built in Botosani documentary to highlight their contribution to economic and especially cultural development of the city and the county.
Development priorities:1. Setting up a team of connoisseurs and lovers of history of the city and county of Botosani, researchers, local teachers, to seek, locate and inventory documents in various local archives or other locations but have valuable information about the evolution and minority life in Botosani over time;2. Evaluation of documents, historical monuments and other valuable building to have an overview and take appropriate conservation and capitalizing on them in various forms: exhibitions, museums, publications.

Operational Objective II
Identification of customs and traditions of ethnic minorities established in Botosani, cultural and artistic manifestations organized in collaboration withthe majority ethnicity or other important occasions with different ethniccommunity. Using the results for the enhancement of each ethnic group but also to increase integration and community cohesion in pursuit of commonobjectives.Development priorities:1. Identify and locate ethnic minorities, personalities and institutions
representative of each ethnic group to be established in Botosani as various sources of information;
2. Knowledge of abilities and wishes of each ethnic minority to expressthemselves and convince other residents. Organizing joint cultural andartistic activities and a certain constancy and regularity in the possibilityof transforming some local traditions.

Operational Objective III
Saving and highlighting ethnic heritage of Botosani County.
Development priorities:1. Design tools and instruments of financing to support the protection, conservation and historical monuments existence;2. Find and commissioning of modern presentation opportunities and enhancement of the cultural heritage of each ethnic group in the area (county, city).

Operational Objective IV
Capitalization of multiculturalism and diversity through cultural interference.
Development priorities:1. Capitalization of benefits of coexistence in a multicultural area;2. Growing inter-knowledge and mutual respect, a permanent priority.

Symposium "A book rediscovered - Gospel of 1354 (in Armenian) - located in Botosani , the first book for six centuries";
Building a community Hebrew lapidary in Elvila area, with the intention to attract their followers to visit the city and have trade relations with the city of Botosani;
Establishing a museum for minorities, to be exposed documents, artwork and other artifacts representative of each ethnic minority in Botosani;
Preparation and printing of a guide to be located in historical monuments, cemeteries, houses of members of ethnic communities with architectural or artistic value or important personalities who lived in the city tradenames ethnic minorities;
Promoting cultural heritage by restoring the collective memory of the outstanding personalities of minorities in Botosani;

The establishment of a Committee of ethnic minorities to work closely with the local council for the resolution of problems specific to local authorities and submission of various proposals to improve the economic and social life of the whole community;
Establishing possibilities for the rapid and effective mobilization of members of ethnic minorities and the majority in order to achieve joint activities, of knowing each other better and optimum collaboration in carrying out joint actions in the cultural, artistic or good management of community affairs ;
The institutionalization of local ethnic minorities Festival in Botosani that should rely mainly on cultural and artistic activities prepared jointly by members of all ethnic groups in the village, excellent exercise knowing each and collaboration;
