    The City of Santa Cruz accepts usedplastic bags for recycling. Place usedplastic Bags into one sturdy grocery-sized plastic bag and tie the top usingthe bag itself. Bags must be empty ofany material. Tli-Xshould be clean,dried, bagged and tied. You mayalso include "plastic film" with yourelastic bags. This is flexible, stretch-a6le, thin Rla:stic such as the packag-ing around paper towels, toilet paper,cases of water, magazines, etc. If it iscrinkly, we don't want it.
