A set of C cold streams with flow rates𝑚01(𝑗 = 1, . . , 𝐶) have to be cooled from supply temperatures 𝑇0.1(𝑗 =1, . . , 𝐶) to target temperatures 𝑇0/1(𝑗 = 1, . . , 𝐶).
