Referral Program Disclaimer: 

Receive a maximum of 20% discount toward a 4‐month or 1‐year membership plan*, offered by Hawley 

Armory Fitness & Wellness, by referring up to 4 friends to join Hawley Armory. For each person you 

refer, both you and your referral will receive a 5% discount. The following terms and conditions apply: 

The referral program is effective on May 7th, 2012. No previous referrals will be counted. 

You may refer as many new members as you like and will receive a 5% discount for each new 

qualifying referral, up to a maximum of 20%. 

Referral credits (i.e., discounts) are applied toward your next payment renewing your Hawley 

Armory membership. No cash or refunds will be given. 

Discounts will expire in one year from the date of referral. 

Referred new members earn a one‐time 5% discount toward their new membership.  New 

members must provide a referral card to receive award discounts. 

The referred new members must register for a full 4‐month or yearly membership plans offered 

by Hawley Armory and remain a member for the full term of the plan selected. Discount to the 

referring customer will not be given if the referred customer requests a refund. 

Referred members must be new members**. They cannot have had a previous membership to 

Hawley for 1 year prior to the new membership start date. 

  

*punch card, locker/towel, personal training, and nutrition counseling memberships do not apply. 

*A ‘new member’ is a person who has not been registered as a Combo, Exercise, or Fitness Center member of 

Hawley Armory within the past 6 months.
