It is a great pleasure to write a reference letter for Dr. Alexandre Goncalves. I have known

Alexandre for the last two years. He joined our Startup project Intellects/ SciConcilium

Consultations, as Technical Writer to further our cause of communicating science and

technology to the general public. I can attest to the fact that he is an excellent, creative and bright

science communicator. He is highly dedicated, hardworking and an exceptional scientist. His

comprehensive understanding of molecular and cellular biology along with skills of technical

writing skills gives him a valuable tool for communicating basic and translation research to the

general public. His blogs and articles were well received by the public on the company website

and social media.

He is a team player, who is always prepared to go out of his way to help teammates and further

the project to best of his abilities. He is forthcoming in providing new ideas and constructive

feedback to ensure progress of the project. Due to his tireless effects and determination, he

was able to make great progress within a limited time. Unfortunately, Intellects/SciConcilium

didn’t work out but it has no bearing on his abilities. He strived hard to make it successful, to

which I am personally grateful to him.

Dr. Alexandre Goncalves is an excellent team player with good work ethics. He is highly

motivated and creative. I strongly believe he will make an outstanding addition to any project. I
