Action Required: Register participants by 27 September 2013 Sir/Madam: Further to my letter Ref: EMX0500 dated 24 June 2013, announcing the beginning of the MEVA III Network tender process and inviting States to the Second MEVA III Task Force Meeting (MEVA III TF/2) and the Twenty-seventh MEVA Technical Management Group Meeting (MEVA TMG/27), please take note that due to the providers’ request and by consensus of all MEVA TMG Members an extension for delivery of the MEVA III tender process proposals has been granted until 7 October 2013, at 16:00 (Montreal time), extending the question and answer period until 23 August 2013 (Attachment A). As a result, the MEVA III TF/2 and MEVA/TMG/27 Meetings have been rescheduled from 8 – 11 October and 14 – 16 October 2013, respectively, to be held at the ICAO NACC Regional Office in Mexico City.
In this regard, I have the honour to invite the MEVA Network Administration members
to take note of the new dates and register your participation by submitting the registration form shown in Attachments B and C for each participant by 27 September 2013. The draft agendas for each meeting are available in Attachments C and D, respectively. The General Information for this event is available on the ICAO NACC Regional Office website: (http://www.mexico.icao.int/VisitorsInfo.html), under the “Visiting our Office” section.
