Gavin Morris was employed by CMI part of the YALJ group as Head of Client Delivery and Talent Manager between
April 1st 2008 and 30th August 2014.
During his employment, Gavin had an average 25 internal CMI direct reports covering the EMEA region. Gavin’s
main duties were, but not limited to, new business generation, RPO-MSP Architecture and execution, Internal and
External man management, business development, full responsibility for team recruitment lifecycle, European P&L
responsibilities, DACH HR, On-site management, client management, operational and best process practice
excellence.
During FY 2008 and 2009 Gavin achieved all of his personal goals and targets set. During FY 2010, 11, 12, 13 and 14
Gavin achieved all of his personal targets and over achieved in the targets set by the company.
Gavin has strong leadership skills along with his motivation and judgement attributes. He has good personal
characteristics which has helped him and his teams throughout his career. The business considers Gavin to be
trustworthy, loyal, creative and as such a credit to our business and any future employer. Gavin has a strong work
ethic with a desire to achieve.
Gavin decided to leave our business to embark on other endeavours giving CMI six months in his notice period. CMI
has no hesitation in highly recommending Gavin Morris.
