FELT MANSION From the grand ballroom to the elegantly carved fireplaces, the Felt Mansion is the ideal backdrop for a sophisticated, classic and unforgettable wedding. Amenities include wedding party suites, catering kitchen, public and private parking, handicap accessible restroom, heating and air conditioning, public WiFi, audio/visual equipment, as well as chairs and tables. Rental period is from noon to midnight.

WEST LAWN TENT Our 40x100 tent on the West lawn is

available in addition to the mansion to accommodate larger events. Amenities include interior market lighting, exterior

cafe lighting, fans, and French window sides as well as tables and white resin

chairs. Please note the tent must be rented in conjunction with the mansion. Rental period is from noon to midnight.

CHAPEL AT SHORE ACRES A "little white country church” - the Chapel at Shore Acres is a beautiful setting for an intimate ceremony or vow renewal. This 110 year old chapel is filled with history and was the location of Dorothea Felt's own wedding ceremony. Amenities include heat, air conditioning and chairs. Other onsite ceremony locations include the water garden and the mansion grand entry.

CARRIAGE HOUSE As part of the original Shore Acres Farm,

the Carriage House offers a rustic and intimate setting for your wedding.

Amenities include wedding party suites, catering kitchen, public and private

parking, handicapped accessible restrooms, and 20x60 tent with interior market lighting. Add the gazebo for an on-site ceremony. Tables and chairs not included. Rental period is from noon to

midnight.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS Take a step back in time. You can have the unique experience of staying overnight at a historic landmark while enjoying modern amenities and the comforts of home. The mansion sleeps up to twelve people in six bedrooms. The carriage house sleeps up to twelve people in two bunkhouse style rooms. Amenities include alarm clocks with USB charging ports, complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, complimentary WiFi, glassware, hair dryers, ice, iron and ironing board, luxury toiletries, refrigerator, and microwave.

After booking you will receive your own copy of our New Client Guide which will provide all the important venue information you need about planning a wedding at The Felt Estate including vendor referrals and floorplans. HOW TO BOOK Ready to say, “I Do” at The Felt Estate? Let us know what date, package, and add-ons you would like, the next steps are simple. 1. We will email a contract and invoice

to you within 24 hours. 2. Click-to-Sign the contract and send in

payment. 3. Once both are received we

countersign the contract and your celebration is officially on the calendar!

The first payment is a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 90 days before your wedding. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Fee applies to cards.
