• The act of faith must be an act of the believer’s own self , through which one personally decides to accept the person of Christ and His message, and commits oneself to Christ’s person and work within the Christian community.

An act of belief ( paniniwala )Loving knowledge – there’s something, someone,

to know.But it’s interpersonal knowledge not drawn from

direct evidence of the senses or mind, nor from scientific experiment.

Rather, in Christian faith we know and hold something to be true because we firmly believe God has revealed it – GOD Who is perfect Truth, Who can neither deceive nor be deceived.

Acting in obedience to God’s will (pagsunod, pagtalima, pagkilos).

The authentic believer is one who hears the Word of God and keep it.

We can be sure that we know God only by keeping his commandments

• An act of total trust and worship (pagtitiwala).

• In faith we enter into a relationship of adoring God as our Creator and the ever-faithful rock of our salvation – our all powerful loving Savior.
