My foot is medium to narrow. If your foot is medium or narrow, I highly recommend you order a half-size smaller than normal in these shoes.I have ankle issues and I have been using high top Chuck Taylors (Converse All Stars) to work out in for the last two years. I normally do high intensity training (CrossFit) and Olympic weight lifting. Chucky Taylors have served me well.
