TRANSCRIPT

  • Challenge:70 percent of people in prison will reoffend after they are released. How can we motivate inmates, while incarcerated for the first time, to prepare for a law-abiding life upon release?Just locking people up does not teach them how to make correct decisions, nor does it repair character flaws that led to their incarceration in the first place. FranklinCoveys 10-week training course for offenders has been proven to be life-changing. Participants in the course obey prison rules more than other inmates, and are less likely to return to prison upon release. Once inmates believe that they can choose their path in life, they begin to make changes, before they are released, that lead to a successful parole and reintegration into society.

You cant talk yourself out of problems you behave yourself into.
