(vii) Survey of related projects

• A 2nd version is needed – a closer analysis of the related projects will be of great help in (a) tailoring the new e-LUP methodology, (b) selecting projects to be contacted, (c) conclusions on state of the art in SIA tools and models for our Chapter 3 ’Tools’.

• Survey contains chapter level tables, to be transfered to e-LUP project website for further elaboration by chapter teams in communication with the outer world.

Page 14: Reduced scope Environmental, land use and social impacts, as in original DoW – 12 chapters Focus on the primary user, EC officer, maybe sectoral issues

WP 6 Testing (2)

• WP6 partners will arrange mini-workshops at their facilities, gathering small groups of civil servants and policy makers exposed to SIA or strategic planning issues for test runs of the e-tool.

• Preceded by lecture on SIA at EC, the IA practice in particular jurisdictions might be quite different from EC model. In that case the question posed: is the EC model desirable?
