redquanta was founded by Pankaj Guglani, an alumni of MDI Gurgaon. Before starting redquanta, he has worked with Tata , Reliance and Times of India in critical positions. Pankaj also picks up occasional teaching assignments at various B-Schools. The core team at redquanta has deep expertise and experience in the field of mystery shopping and customer service experience management.
