Steamboat was an exciting Tournament for the Reddogs.At the beginning, They Got off to a rough start at 0-2. The Reddogs had to win 2 of their next games. Their first game, they came out with a lead but lost it and in the last in-ning, gained the lead back and were up by 1. their closer

shut the other team out in the last inning.the second game, they Started the game behind but managed to come back and hold the lead in the last inning for the WIN!

2011 Season At the beginning of the season the team got off to a rough start at 0-2. Their next game against the Storm was better and they got the WIN! Now, with a record of 4-5, the Reddogs went into a confident game against the Storm. The Reddogs were behind by 3 but came back and recovered to be only down by 1. In the last inning, they gave up 5 runs!!!!!!! With the game on the line, they got the 5 runs back and Billy Wall came to the plate. He had

2 strikes and 2 outs and hit a grounder to the shortstop. The shortstop bobbled it and Billy was safe!!!! He stole home and tied the game! The next inning he shut them out. With the game tied up, the Storm came onto the field and gave up a run with a big win for the Reddogs!

One day the Reddogs entered into a tournament called the “Alameda One Day Classic”. They started off beating the Alameda Pirates. They run ruled them. The Reddogs got off to a good start! Next, they played their rivals, The Bears. Since they were the team withthe best record theygot a free pass to the championship where they played the Alameda Aztecs. Their

starting pitcher Trevor did a good job and in the last inning, the Reddogs only needed one run to run-rule the Aztecs. They got the run on an RBI single by Zach and WON the game!!!!!!!
