Begin by zooming in on the eye so that the pupil is large enough to easily distinguish from the rest of the eye.

1. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool, or any other selection tool that your comfortable using.

2. Select the red part of the eye. Make sure to select slightly more than the red itself to make sure you don’t leave any behind.

3. After you have selected one eye, hold down shift to continue the selection and select the other eye.

1. With the eyes selected go to Image>Apply Image..

2. Select the Green Channel.

3. Change the Blending mode to Darken.

4. Press OK.

5. Deselect the eyes by pressing Ctrl+D, and zoom back out.
